A beetlejuiced Leopard?!

Hey!!

This design was done by using my Models Own Beetlejuice nail polish (which I have a review on) used for the print itself on  a background of coral and I think that the colours go brilliantly!

'Of course not. This is an unbirthday party.'

Hi Guys!

I left my favourite character for last! The Mad Hatter! He is just sheer brilliance. He loves tea just as much as I do and he's a tad loopy which I really love about him!!

Hope you all like this!!

'If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense.'

Hello Guys!

Today is the turn of Alice's design to be posted! I decided to go down the kind of abstract road. (Sorry for that description. CRINGE!! haa!) But my artistic skills are no where near as good as they have to be to paint a decent Alice so I decided to just take her elements and make, in my opinion, a unique design. I haven't seen this before and i love it!

This is my version of, what the ladies of Wah Nails call a double french. The white is meant to represent the white apron type thing on Alice's dress, the blue is obviously her dress, the Black is her hairband with a little bow and the yellow is supposed to represent ther hair! I hope I pulled that one off! Haha!

I really hope you all like this!!

'Who's been painting my roses red?'

Hi Guys!!

Today's Alice In Wonderland's design is one of the Queen of Hearts rose bushes which has had to have the roses painted red because the cards made a mistake in planting white roses when the Queen only likes red roses!

Hope you all like this!!

Hi Guys!

Hey! I feel as if I haven't posted in forever! Sorry about that! I have just been so busy with uni and other stuff that I seem to have taken a wee break from this unintentionally! I have also changed the way I will be posting designs. I bought a set of false nails just so that I could have more practice instead of waiting for my design to chip or for one of my friends or familys to chip! But then I realised that I could use them to post much more frequently, so I'm going to try this for a while and see how it goes and if you like it or not. But for the past few days I have been deciding on Christmas nails to do and how they were going to look. I also wanted to make up for the past couple of weeks of me not being on here and so I decided to do what I would call a mini series leading up to Christmas. Its going to be named the totally original title of 'The 12 days of Christmas' I know cheesy eh? haha! but it was the only way I could think of being able to post daily until Christmas. I also think I've started too late because in all honesty I dont know whether the 12 days of christmas starts at the start of december or on the 13th but ohh well! So I'm going to start on Tuesday the 13th of December and this will run up until Christmas Eve and then if I get time on Christmas day I will post the nails I picked to paint on my own nails! (or I'll just post them on Christmas Eve!)

Merry Christmas!

Simple and Colourful!

As per usual I was having such a hard time deciding what I wanted to do on my nails but I've found that when this happens I tend try a few different things. This time I started with matte black nails but they chipped after a day, that's what doing a lab in uni will do to you though! Ha! Then I decided to paint my nails red and add a red glitter and then a silver glitter and I really liked how they looked and sparkled but I smudged them like the silly goose I am! So I then thought that I'd get my act together and do another simple, not very time consuming design. And this is what I decided to do. And I know that the colours aren't very Wintry but I love it so I'm not really fussed! I think these turned out really quite well especially considering that I had no idea of what I wanted to do when I started!

Something Different for Christmas!?

I know this isn't my usual type of post but I really want to start doing my nails in all sorts of glorious Christmassy designs but I've been told that I'm mad for wanting to do that so soon! Which I don't see how this is, I get my immense love for Christmas from my big sister who has an infectious obsession with the season! and my family really have a great excuse with the second name we have! (It's Yuile, like Yule! I love it!) Anyway, I will start my Christmas designs closer to the time (probably next week! haha!) but until then I thought I'd branch out slightly by showing the colours that I love using at Christmas! These all really remind me of the best time of the year!
I wear glitter every season, I have a problem when people tell me that certain designs, colours or types of nail polish should be reserved for only one time of year and so I don't do that! but I do agree that glitters and more shimmery nail polishes look really pretty and lovely in Winter!

I will list the names and where I got these if I'm asked to do so, but unfortunately some were from gift sets and may not be available any more, and the turquoise glitter at the top of the post was a present from my sister  from when she went on holiday to Mexico! Sorry guys! However I'm sure you'll be able to find similar or even the same polishes this Christmas in similar sets that get released by the same company!
